It's vital that community managers have an understanding of maintenance in order to have a more successful relationship with their service department and in turn make smarter decisions!


Come learn general maintenance terminology, overseeing maintenance requests, managing inventory, hiring contractors and vendors, inspections, preventative maintenance, and learn a few 'green' tips!
