This policy applies to all association programming.
Programming Cancellation and Payment Policy
General
All cancellations must be received in writing at least (5) days prior to the date of programming (education and event offerings). To request cancellation, email the Capital City Apartment Association (office@ccaafl.org). are unable to attend the association programming you registered for,
payment must be received at least five (5) days before the programming date to avoid registration cancellation. If for some reason you cannot attend. In that case, in order to be eligible for a refund, or, credit, you must notify the Capital City Apartment Association, in writing via email, at least five (5) business days before the date of the class.
No Shows and Late Cancellations.
All no-shows and late cancellations will be charged the full cost of registration. No refunds will be offered.
