Organization Overview
We are a Real Estate company focused on providing a quality housing experience to the off-campus student communities of Florida A&M University and Florida State University. We focus on the vibrant area on the north side of FAMU's campus and the Railroad Square area, just two blocks south of College Town, Gaines Street, and FSU. All of our properties are either within walking distance of campus or just a minute's ride on a bird scooter. We offer a range of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom floor plans in various boutique communities, as well as houses, sprinkled about campus.
